Ingredients

  • 2 –3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cornstarch
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • cup granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp salted butter melted

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and baking powder. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
  2. In another bowl, combine blueberries, brown sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  3. Pour the blueberry mixture into a greased air fryer cake barrel or ramekins.
  4. Sprinkle crumble topping over the fruit.
  5. Air fry at 310°F for 30–35 minutes (cake barrel) or 320°F for 19–21 minutes (ramekins).
  6. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use frozen blueberries for a juicier filling—no need to thaw.
  • Cover with foil halfway if the topping browns too fast.
  • Add oats or nuts to the topping for extra crunch.
  • Rest before serving so the filling thickens.
