Method
- Combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let bloom.
- Add eggs, flour, salt, and butter. Mix and knead until smooth.
- Let rise for 1 hour until doubled.
- Roll out dough, cut into 1-inch wide strips (leave base intact), brush with butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Accordion-fold into greased loaf pan. Let rise 30 mins.
- Bake at 350°F for 30–35 minutes until golden.
- Cool 10 mins and drizzle with glaze if using.
