Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • ½ small red onion, finely diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (regular or light)
  • 1  tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½  tablespoons salt
  • ½  tablespoons garlic powder
  • ½  tablespoons onion powder
  • ¼  tablespoons black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, grapes, red onion, and celery.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  • Chill for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor. Serve on bread, croissants, lettuce wraps, or salad greens.

Notes

● To make it healthier, substitute half the mayo with plain Greek yogurt.
● For extra crunch, add toasted almonds or walnuts.
